Dealing With Fear Through Nonjudgmental Acceptance

I can do the acceptance part of what they recommend, i.e., "I have a fear of x." It's the nonjudgmental part that gets me. "I have a fear of x" is usually followed by "and it's stupid and I should just suck it up and get over it." Oh, well. Something else to practice.
